How do I choose the best photo to be charted?
Any photo that is reasonably clear. Any photo up to 8" x 10" can be used.
In some cases, we will do minor adjustments by brightening and sharpening your photo to improve the colour contrast of the final product. However, the best assurance in getting charting results is a good picture to begin with.

How do I determine which Size is suitable for my Photo?
Size A - to fit only 1 person
Size B - to fit about 2 to 3 persons
Size C - to fit about 3 to 4 persons
Note: Request available for Customisation if it does not fall within the 3 category. Just send us your photo and we will advise you accordingly.
Size B - to fit about 2 to 3 persons

What size will my finished product be?
There are three standard size available; they are:
A) 80sq x 100sq or 32cm x 40cm (recommended to fit: one person)
B)120sq x 140sq or 48cm x 56cm(recommended to fit: two persons)
C)140sq x 180sq or 56cm x 72cm(recommended to fit: three or four persons)

How come I cannot fit a two person picture into Size A?
Rule of thumb: the bigger it is, the clearer it would be. Therefore, it will not be clear at all if you would to fit a two person portrait into a Size A. The best bet would be Size B, which is the minimum ideal size that we come up with.
Will I be able to fit a 1 person photo into Size B or bigger?
As I have mentioned above, the bigger the the final product is, the clearer it would be. Therefore, you are able to pick a bigger size then the recommended size.
How long will it take before I receive everything?
It will take about 1 to 2 weeks maximum.
Do I have to pin it myself? Will you help me pin them?
The idea of the handicraft is to do it yourself. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide pinning service at the moment.
What will I receive?
You would receive:

Does it come with frame?
No. Currently, we do not provide the framing service.
So where do I collect my stuff then?
You can either:
1. Arrangements to be made for collection at Bishan Mrt.
2. Delivery service is available. Please note that there will be a delivery charge of $40 imposed.

How do I make payment?
1. Bank transfer of Full Payment into POSB Savings account [ 110-17988-0 ]OR
2. Make a deposit of half the amount via bank transfer and pay the balance in Cash upon collection note: please drop us an e-mail/sms once you are done with the transfer.
